Coaching plans for real life.
Structured triathlon, running and performance coaching for busy athletes who want clarity, consistency and results — without turning training into another source of stress.
Built for athletes balancing work, life, family, travel and serious race goals.
Structure that works when life is busy.
Athletes are motivated. They are committed. They want to do things right — not waste time, guess, or burn out. But most athletes also have a full life outside of training.
These coaching plans are built for busy professionals, parents, and athletes who want to improve without sacrificing everything else. Real progress comes from structure, balance, consistency, and smart adjustments — not endless training hours.
Pick the support that fits your goal.
Each plan is built for athletes who want structure, accountability and smarter training decisions — with different levels of support depending on your race goal and performance needs.

From marathon PB to Double Ironman distance.
"Over two intense years, Momo pushed me further than I honestly thought possible. Being his brother meant I probably did not get the softest version of him — but that was also the point from the beginning. The goal was clear: give everything, test the limits, and see what was really possible with structure and commitment.
I was still working full time, so this was never only about finding more time. The real difference was training based on numbers, feedback, and a plan that made sense. There were many sessions where I looked at the workout and doubted I could finish it. Most of the time, the limit was not in the body — it was in my head.
In two short years, he coached me through a 3:10 marathon PB, my first half-distance triathlon, my first full Ironman in 9:55, and nine months later, the journey continued to a Double Ironman distance finish in around 30 hours.
Long-term coaching is not magic. It is structure, consistency, honest feedback and the right person in your corner when the work gets hard."
Progress athletes can feel.
Strong coaching is not only about the training plan. It is about helping athletes stay consistent, make better decisions and arrive at race day with confidence.
Thanks to Momchil’s nutrition and training plan, I finally managed my fourth full Ironman and achieved a personal best — 9:29:42! His structured approach made all the difference.
Momo’s patience and support helped me balance training with life. I went from feeling drained to completing a half-distance triathlon — something I hadn’t imagined possible. Thank you, coach!
I’ve been training with Momchil since early 2025. He’s professional, positive, and genuinely cares about progress. In just five months, my results have improved more than I expected!
Momo helped me prepare for my first triathlon and later a half marathon. With his guidance and motivation, I achieved results I never thought possible — and truly enjoyed the journey.
Questions before starting?
Quick answers about how online endurance coaching works — from setup and communication to gear, experience level and first steps.
Why not just use a pre-made plan?
A static plan cannot adapt when work runs late, travel interrupts training, family needs attention, or fatigue builds. Real coaching adjusts with the athlete so training stays consistent even when life is not.
What makes this coaching different?
The coaching is built for real athletes with real schedules. The focus is not endless training hours, but clear structure, smart adjustments, useful feedback and race preparation that fits life outside of sport.
Do athletes need to be experienced in triathlon?
No. The plans can support complete beginners, first-time triathletes, experienced 70.3 athletes, full-distance Ironman athletes, runners, cyclists and athletes chasing a personal best.
How does communication work?
Communication happens through TrainingPeaks feedback and direct messages where needed. The goal is to keep the athlete clear on what to do, why it matters, and what changes when life affects the plan.
What gear is required?
A GPS watch and heart rate strap are required. A cycling power meter is recommended, especially for athletes who want more precise bike training and race pacing.
Is the coaching fully online?
Yes. Location does not matter. Coaching can support athletes across Europe and beyond, with communication available in English, German and Bulgarian.
What happens after choosing a plan?
After choosing a plan, the athlete shares training background, goals, available time, current fitness and race plans. From there, the first training structure is built and adjusted as the process starts.
